A 40 minute flight brings you to some of the greatest Walleye and Northern fishing available. As part of the Ogoki Watershed, this lake is noted for its perfect natural fish habitat. This site has a central shower building, deep freezer, solar lights, running water (in cabin) and radio communication with the base.

Whiteclay Lake

This lake is in the Wabakimi Provincial Park and is also located on the Ogoki watershed. This enormous lake produces fantastic Walleye and large Northern fishing from spring to fall. It has a vigorous contour with shallow weedy bays, deep rock crevices and beautiful sand beaches. This site has a central shower building, fish cleaning house that has running water and a deep freeze. The cabins have solar lights, running water and radio communication with the base.

Hurst Lake

Located on the Albany River system, this lake supports many feeder creeks, bays, points and fast incoming rapids which make for excellent Walleye and Northern fishing. Lake Trout are also caught in the spring and fall months. Both sites offer new cabins which have hot and cold running water, shower, solar lights, deep freezer, a screened in porch and radio communication with the base.

Attwood Lake

An hour's flight brings you to Attwood Lake, which is also part of the Albany River system. Abundant with structure, this makes it a natural hiding ground for good size Walleye and Northerns. Speckled Trout rivers are nearby. Spring and Fall Lake Trout fishing and portage lakes are available. All three sites have hot and cold running water, shower, solar lights, a deep freezer and radio communication with the base. Sandy beaches and countless streams make for miles of great fishing. These three camps are situated over 13 miles of lake.

Luella Lake

This lake is also located on the Albany water system. It is approximately 5 miles southwest of Attwood Lake. Luella offers great Lake Trout fishing from spring to fall, with depths reaching well over 100 ft. Walleyes and Northerns can be caught in either the main lake or walk a short portage to another lake where boats and motors are already set up for you. This brand new cabin is the only outpost on the lake. It is fully equipped, and offers a screened in porch, hot and cold running water, indoor shower, solar lights, a deep freezer and radio communication with the base. For the adventurer, fish one of the many rivers for some of Northwestern Ontario's best Brook Trout fishing.
